The Latin Music Across Cultures free outdoor series comes to Dr. Blanche Lavizzo Park for a Sunday celebration of authentic Cuban tradition and Latin acoustic music.

Monamor opens with two hours of live boleros, son cubano, and Latin classics — celebrating the rich musical heritage of Latin America through bilingual storytelling and community connection.

Then, the stage belongs to Kiki Valera y su Son Cubano — one of Seattle's most celebrated voices in Cuban traditional music. The Valera family has carried the son cubano tradition for generations, and Kiki brings that legacy to life with warmth, mastery, and joy.
