Our 7-step process covers everything from repertoire coordination to sound check and cleanup - ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
The following guide shows our typical process and times. Once we discuss the details of the event with you, we can adjust it to your needs.

We'll consult with you to understand your event's details, theme, and musical requirements, ensuring a tailored experience. We will present our repertoire and any special requests or custom arrangements will be coordinated during this phase. We always try to accommodate special requests, if possible.

Our team will transport and set up all necessary instruments and equipment, including a stand-up bass, lead guitar, rhythm guitar, ukulele, percussion set, 5 vocal and percussion microphones, and a professional PA system with a Mackie 16 Track Mixer and two QSC K2.12 speakers.

We dedicate time for a complete sound check and rehearsal, ensuring optimal audio quality and seamless coordination.

Our typical performance format is arranged as two one-hour sets with a 15-min break in between them. Each set list will include approximately 10 songs. The repertoire will be as previously agreed during our Pre-Event Coordination Call. One Encore song included.

We provide curated playlists or recorded music during performance breaks, integrated with our live sets to maintain ambience.

Can be provided if requested. Our standard does not include additional performance time beyond (1) Encore Song as noted in item 4 above.

Our team will efficiently disassemble the performance area, instruments, and PA system, and transport all equipment from the venue.
